The facility consists of 1500 square meters manufacturing area & 800 square meters office ***ce. With a team of 80 associates & operates. There are 20 in engineering department, 10 mold designers among them. The Tooling Section, equipped with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machines , EDM, GUN DRILL, MILLING, GRINDING, CMM, etc.) are capable of fabricating 300 sets of various injection moulds per year for 50% Automotive, 30% appliance, 10% electronics, 10% communicating and other plastic parts . With presses ranging from 50 to 1500 tons. The co***ny also provide production of plastic parts service, prototype tooling, components machining. Our moulds are 100% being exported to American, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia.
